If for any reason you’re not delighted with your items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process that reflects the same care and attention we put into crafting our products.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification once this is complete.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

If you requested an exchange:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • You will be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a more expensive item
  • If exchanging for a less expensive item, we will refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Body tape & stickies (due to their adhesive nature)
  • Briefs (unless packaging remains completely sealed)

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as a “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
