We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LuxeIntimates purchase as much as we love creating them. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures a resolution that maintains the luxury experience you expect from us.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Body tape & stickies (due to their adhesive nature)
- Briefs (unless packaging remains completely sealed)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Carefully package items in original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to: LuxeIntimates Returns, 3665 Capitol Avenue, Elwood, US 46036
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification upon completion.
Refund Information
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Timing:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except when the return is due to our error)
Exchange Information
- We ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’re responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a more expensive item
- If exchanging for a less expensive item, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
